Rodger Fauci

Rodger Fauci is a highly accomplished and well-rounded landscape designer hailing from Texas. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Rodger’s green thumb and passion for nature have been evident since his early years. His interest in horticulture was sparked in high school while taking classes at Plano East Senior High, where he discovered his hidden talent for creating beautiful green spaces.

Rodger began his career as a Maintenance Foreman at DayStar Landscapes in 1996, where he was trained by his brother-in-law and mentor, Jeff Canfield. He quickly proved his skills and was promoted to Office Manager, where he managed the company’s day-to-day operations. After building up his experience and expertise, Rodger decided to start his own landscape company, NewTex Landscape, in 2000. After seven years of running the company, he sold it and moved on to new opportunities. In 2007, Rodger joined Faulkner Landscape as a Maintenance Manager, where he was responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the company’s extensive portfolio of High-End Residential and Commercial properties. His dedication and expertise led to his promotion to Director of Operations.

In 2012, Rodger rejoined DayStar Landscapes as a Designer/ Sales/ Operations Manager, where he is currently the President of Design and Installation. He oversees all aspects of the company’s design and installation from initial client consultations to final project completion and manages many large and well-known Texas homebuilders that Daystar has the honor to have as clients. He personally sources new neighborhoods, develops a relationship with the builders, and puts together tailored landscape packages, pricing, and designs accordingly. He is known for his exceptional design skills, attention to detail, and dedication to providing top-quality service to his clients.

Rodger is a member of the Texas Nursery and Landscape Association and has built a reputation as one of the top landscape designers in North Texas for his amazing fresh projects and work ethic. Outside of work, Rodger is an active resident of Prosper, Texas, where he lives with his wife, Juliana, and their French Bulldog, Toast. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, camping, and fishing. He also enjoys traveling and playing golf. With his passion and talent for creating beautiful outdoor spaces, Rodger Fauci continues to make a mark in the landscape design industry.
