Catherine Brooks leads the team at Daystar Landscapes, Inc. in day-to-day operations as General Manager. Her leadership style is characterized by a commitment to teamwork, continuous improvement, and building strong relationships with customers and the community in which Daystar Landscapes, Inc. conducts business in. She brings over 26 years of progressive experience in strategic corporate planning, improving operational efficiency, team building, and project management.

Catherine holds a B.S.S. from Adams State University and M.S.S. from Texas A&M. Catherine brings her experience, as a business strategist, to help drive growth and maximize profitability. She has advised numerous clients from small business to national franchise operations and has supported and created footprints within several Fortune 500 companies on strategic planning, market expansion, and organizational development. Her expertise lies in leveraging data-driven insights to identify opportunities, streamline operations, and deliver sustainable results.

Her visionary approach to business has earned her recognition, during her career, in various publications and forums, including Who’s Who in Business, Women Leaders in Business, Young Women in Business, and Leaders in Horticulture.

Catherine and Daystar Landscapes, Inc. are also members of the Texas Nursery and Landscape Association, Prosper Chamber of Commerce, Frisco Chamber of Commerce, McKinney Chamber of Commerce, Celina Chamber of Commerce, Sherman Chamber of Commerce, and Denison Chamber of Commerce.

When she’s not leading day-to-day operations at Daystar Landscapes, Inc., Catherine enjoys spending time with her family, in the outdoors fishing and camping, and contributing to local community and non-profit efforts.
